The feedback states ' rude seller'. Was there previous communication between you and the buyer which lead to disagreement? Did you refuse a refund?
Whatever the messages were, it upset your buyer, eBay will not remove the feedback as it portrays the buyers overall experience with you as a seller.
The only way to come back from this, is to somehow make amends with the situation, try talking to the buyer, was the item not as described, is this what they are saying? Then a full refund would surely make amends, but do this correctly via a case being opened and refunded through that case so your seller fees are refunded, and no defect awarded.
Once the matter is resolved you can send therm a feedback revision to complete.
