Probably asked and answered a thousand times but anyway..............
I bought a set of cutlery and what arrived wasn't what I bought and it arrived in a terrible state.
I demanded a refund and returned the cutlery set to achieve this, I then left negative feedback because the seller tried to claim I got what was listed but he had simply changed the listing details after the fact.
He has over 100 negative's this year for similar tactics but somehow he has had my feedback removed and I have had no explanation of why and I think that I should have been told this.
What can I do to have it re-instated?
There are feedback rules to follow, so if you mention anything about a refund or a case, the seller can ask for its removal.
With over a 100 negatives, this may have been a good clue to show the quality of the items , and service this seller was providing.
