so buyer does not pay. unpaid case open after 2 days. Buyer leaves unfair feedback that I have an attitude problem before the unpaid case closed. I ask ebay to remove, they refuse. In searching for help on this I find this:
****Help-fees-invoices-getting paid-resolving unpaid items with buyer "additionally feedback from buyers who haven't paid is blocked automatically with unpaid item assistant. As soon as the unpaid item assistant opens a case the buyer can't leave feedback until the case is closed and you've received payment"
so he should not of been able to put any feedback according to ebay policies.
this is in ebays own policies which they are not adhering to. so now trying to find/contact someone with this information
If buyer does not pay then when you close the case the feedback should disappear. You Response probably breaks eBay's rules as you may not mention cases.
If it does not disappear then contact ebay and remind them of their policy
