I recenly received 2 negative feedbacks.
Up to that point I had 627 feedbacks and no negatives.
I took pictures of the items that came off a working item that I had stripped and put on eBay on a BIN or Best Offer.
This person did not make an offer, but paid the full asking price.
He never once contacted me about the items - all I got wasnegative feedback!
I contacted him to requested him to revise his feedback, but in his reply he said I am a criminal - for £23......??????????
eBay will not allow me to reply to his feedback.
What else can I do???
