Negative Feedback

This last month, I have recived 2 negative feedbacks

 

The 1st one, someone has offered their opinion on one of my items without reading the description nor understanding the actual costs to make such an item.

nor replied to an after sales message from me saying to pop me a message if they have any problems.

 

The 2nd was from a person who was unhappy no delivery service could guarentee delivery to their country (middle east) during the covid19 pandemicand was refunded immediately 

 

These feedbacks look terrible, I have no issues giving refunds or replacements and always been as helful as i can. I find it unfair people can do this.

is there anyway of getting these removed?

You have a problem as you are selling new items and if you are making then you need to be registered as a business

You say on one feefback that you have sold 600 of those items so definately a business in the eyes of ebay and the tax man

Too late to do anthing with that one as you are out or time

 

If you had that other buyers country on your list of countries you seel to then you should not have cancelled unless RM they were on a RM list of restricted countries at the moment

If you just refunded through paypal or without the buyers consent then you may be paying the final value fees

If you have cancelled the second sale then there is nothing you can do except ask the buyer to change the feedback

You would have to ask and send a feedback revision request but it seems unlikely they would change it
