Negative Feedback

This last month, I have recived 2 negative feedbacks

The 1st one, someone has offered their opinion on one of my items without reading the description nor understanding the actual costs to make such an item.

nor replied to an after sales message from me saying to pop me a message if they have any problems.

The 2nd was from a person who was unhappy no delivery service could guarentee delivery to their country (middle east) during the covid19 pandemicand was refunded immediately 

These feedbacks look terrible, I have no issues giving refunds or replacements and always been as helful as i can. I find it unfair people can do this.

is there anyway of getting these removed?

The one claiming  it is too expensive,  is too old to change,  shame,  as maybe eBay CS would have removed it,  as the price is there for buyers to see and judge whether they wish to pay that or not.  Your follow up was good though.

The other neg I'm sure will be removed,  if this Covid crisis has banned you from selling to this person's country.

Call eBay CS from the Help & contact tab above scroll around to find Live Chat as lines are down.  It opens at 9 a.m. today,  8 a,m. on weekdays.  I suggest calling early with more chance then of Dublin answering.

You have a problem as you are selling new items and if you are making then you need to be registered as a business

You say on one feefback that you have sold 600 of those items so definately a business in the eyes of ebay and the tax man

Too late to do anthing with that one as you are out or time

If you had that other buyers country on your list of countries you seel to then you should not have cancelled unless RM they were on a RM list of restricted countries at the moment

If you just refunded through paypal or without the buyers consent then you may be paying the final value fees

If you have cancelled the second sale then there is nothing you can do except ask the buyer to change the feedback

You would have to ask and send a feedback revision request but it seems unlikely they would change it

Going completely off topic but the majority of my sales are not from Ebay,
I use a business PayPal and do a lot of invoicing everything has been declared.

The buyer was informed before I cancelled the item, but i can think you can see from the nonsensical feedback that they may have a communication problem.

I am sorry.
Just pointing out that if you are a business then you have to be registered as such on ebay
you have to have your contact details on and you can not have no returns on your listings.
You may have a problem with the Isopropyl too as only approved business seller are allowed to sell it

If you make to sell or buy to sell then you are a business and you actually say that on the feedback.
It may be of benefit too you as at the moment business sellers are offered a £1 promotion
As said my first post the first feedback it was too late to do anything about
The last one was the country one on the list of restricted countries due to the corid-19 problem
