Negative Feedback

Hi

A buyer has left me confusing feedback. They have clicked on the negative button but have rated me as a AAA Seller. Annoying thing is that they pulled out of the transaction after messing me about so I don't know why they left it negative! I did message them but they haven't responded. Can I get this removed as it's affected my rating.

When was the feedback left as the feedback can only be revised within 30 days of being left.
