Negative Feedback

I received my first negative feedback. Not the end of the world, however,the buyer stated the dress was definitely not new with labels as described.
I listed the dress as used not new.
I wrote to the buyer asking for an explanation, and received a reply saying when she logged in it described it as new, and had taken a screen print.
No screen print was sent to me when I asked for it.. I responded to feedback, and sent the buyer my screen print showing the item as used. No reply.
Ring eBay and ask for it to be removed? Would that be the correct procedure?

Yes,  call them,  if you can show eBay CS that the listing stated used,  and the buyer is then asking for something that was not offered or described. 

 

Another tip,  if you don't get succes from the first CS agent,  don't give up call again and ask another,  you can get different answers unfortunately when calling ,  but this is definitely a case for removal.
