Need nuisance feedback issue resolved

Hi all... really aggravating issue here...
An ebay member from another country clicked buy now on 3 seperate items totalling £90 that are listed for uk only... I messaged him and pointed out that the postage to his destination would cost almost as much as the items themselves and told him that it he wanted to go ahead with the sale i would invoice him, but stated that id fully understand if he wanted to cancel.

After a few days of no answer i sent him a second message saying exactly the same...

Instead of simply replying (no payment, no request to cancel) he went straight to leaving a negative feedback (TWO neg feedbacks actually) saying "stop bugging me"

I have had to cancel the purchase from my end

I have opened a request to remove feedback in the res centre, but due to the complexity and general strangeness of this one id much prefer to talk to someone at ebay in person... no phone number i can find is leading to anything but a recorded message directing me back to the res centre and no matter what links i click on im just going round in circles... any advice i can get on here would be great and if anyone knows where im going wrong in terms of trying to talk to a person rather than an algorithm then please point me in the right direction.
