I have bought Bitcon last week and collect from Argos but i forget to tell you about my necter card if you can add the point i sahll be thankfull to you

You can only earn nectar points AFTER you have linked card.
Not sure if I am confused, but I thought bitcoin was a virtual currency, so how can you collect it from anywhere.
