Nectar voucher not generated

I redeemed 33500 nectar ponints 2 days ago, NO voucher, been chatting with NECTAR twice, still no voucher, points have been deducted from my Nectar account. Nectar state they will get the "TEAM"?? on it as a priority but still... ZIP, NADA, NUTHIN. where do I stand to getting my points re-instated or the voucher I was going to pay for goods on ebay but they are now all sold.   FUMMIN!!!

You do not get vouchers....the credit simply appears as an amount to use at checkout...the amount will show as an available balance & you simply tick the box to use it

Just looked and still no vouchers showing on my eBay/nectar accounts. I tried loading stuff to the basket and then checkout but NO mention of Nectar Nor vouchers in checkout???
