I redeemed 33500 nectar ponints 2 days ago, NO voucher, been chatting with NECTAR twice, still no voucher, points have been deducted from my Nectar account. Nectar state they will get the "TEAM"?? on it as a priority but still... ZIP, NADA, NUTHIN. where do I stand to getting my points re-instated or the voucher I was going to pay for goods on ebay but they are now all sold. FUMMIN!!!
There is a Nectar helpline to call concerning itself solely with eBay.
Go top of this page and from the My eBay tab click on the Nectar logo. Nectar helpline telehone number, is bottom right of that page.
You do not get vouchers....the credit simply appears as an amount to use at checkout...the amount will show as an available balance & you simply tick the box to use it
