Necklace chain

The woman has received her item and now wants her money back to which I have declined because the descriptions of this item were correct, I'd already told the woman to check the description of the item before she bids, to which she said she had read the description and obviously she didn't cause I had already said that I can't find hallmarks etc. so I'll not be refunding and I hope that you agree with me. Kind regards elaine

If the buyer opens an eBay item not as described dispute, they'll be required to send it back to you for a full refund of their original payment, and you'll need to provide them with a pre-paid returns label (if you don't provide a label, the buyer can escalate the dispute and get one from eBay, who will re-charge you for it).

You will get a defect against your selling account if the buyer goes through an escalated dispute to get their money back, so best to just accept the retrun. At least you'll get a fee credit.
