NONE RECIEPT

i would like to warn all sellers about ebays failure to protect  us sellers by informing sellers of a bad experience i recently had with a fraudster

 

 

i sold a low value item to another ebayer  a  few days later i got a message claiming none reciept of this item ,,so i checked this ebayers feedback and noticed they had left a lot of  negative feedback for none reciept ,straight away this person opened a case for a full refund ,,NOT A REPLACEMENT BUT A REFUND 

so i decided ro deliver a replacement the next day [160 MILES BELIEVE IT OR NOT]

 when i arrived i recorded this item being placed in the envalope and contued to recorded it being posted..

i came home and sent a photo of this house to this person and shockingly they denied it again 

i contued to respond to his claims through an open case ,,AS YOU DO but in the meantime i was repeatadly telephoning ebay customer support who for about 4 days seemed a little interested ..thursday night this person was then allowed  to hide there feedback .and what gave me an even bigger shock  ebay refunded them out of my paypal 

 

I  HAD INFORMED EBAY ABOUT THE VIDEO RECORDING AND NOT ONCE DID THEY ASK TO VIEW IT 

so what ime saying is sellers have no protection what so ever against low value fraudsters 

they orded low value items and think us sellers wont bother to investigate if they claim to not to have recieved it

 

this person had left a lot of neg  feedback for none reciept ,,and now ebay have allowed  them to hide there feedback

 

by doing this i believe that ebay is being negligent to every single ebayer in the world ,AND SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE FAST
