My username has been changed

I haven't used ebay for a while. Today when I accessed it my username has changed. I have updated my password and security questions. I can't get through to ebay uk because I live in France now.
Any suggestions?

you've logged into an account that was created  27-Jul-19 in United Kingdom but not used

you need to log out and log back in using your other ID and password
