I ordered a coin just under a month ago and they said they have sent it and it was suppose to come for the 12 of June however it still hasn't come. Is it possible for me to get a refund as I feel the item isn't coming

Open an Item Not Received Case in the Resolution Centre. Escalate the Case after 4 days for EBay to Step in. If the Seller cannot prove Delivery to the Address on the Confirmation Email with Tracked Postage he will have to Refund you.
