My customer didn't pay - its too late to give negative feedback or cancel the order - OR is it ??

Someone made an offer on my item and I accepted it so my listing finished early. She didn't pay and after I mailed her a few times she replied and said she had been in hospital and needed more time to pay ... but she still didn't pay - And now its too late for me to cancel the order, get a refund or post negative feedback - grr. Can anyone tell me if there is anything I can do to alert others as it would appear from looking at her feedback she has done this before, a few times .... and I am out of pocket ...

I take it that you've seen and read eBay's recently introduced procedure for cancelling unpaid items: https://community.ebay.co.uk/t5/Announcements/New-cancel-function-for-unpaid-items/ba-p/6939127

If you've left it too late, I'm afraid that's the end of it. You won't get the fee refund that you could have received, and your buyer won't receive an unpaid item strike as they would have done.

As a member for eleven years, have you never noticed that eBay doesn't give sellers the option to leave negative feedback for buyers? Don't think of leaving "false positive" feedback with negative comments - it will be removed, and it will be you who is penalised by eBay.

I very much doubt - sadly - that "reporting" will do any good as you simply failed to use an eBay tool that is available.  It is not a good idea to give the benefit of any doubt.  EBay allows 2 days for payment and so would I.  After 5 days [now] you should use the new system and cancel/non payer.

And - of course - sellers cannot give negative feedback.  If you start writing negative comments of a green spot then that may harm your account with ebay

If every single seller who was not paid did so - every time - then these time wasters would get taken off eBay.  But then I'm a softy!
