At the top, righthand side of your My eBay page there should be some text saying 'The My eBay landing page is set to .....', with a blue "Change" link next to it. On some pages it's referred to as home page.
You can also do it via your browser. Click on Edit, top of your screen > Preferences > General > Home Page > insert required URL.
