Hi,
I sent some records to China via LaPoste. I have a tracking number and have called LaPoste who say the parcel is in France waiting for a flight to China. I sent the parcel on 07/07/2021 and the last update was on the 12th June. My customer is understandably getting worried. Am I resposible for refunding the customer should he start a case.

If they open a not received dispute then you would have to refund if you can not prove Delivered on the tracking.
You then claim off whoever you sent it with
