Missing parcel with combined items in

Hi how do i do a claim with Royal Mail for a parcel with 3 combined items in it,as it only let's you put in item number for 1 item. Parcel was sent 2nd sign for

If the buyer bought them seperately and paid for each postage seperately then that is how they should have been sent.

You needed a tracking numbers for each item

Did you combine the items properly on ebay Send payment details where all the items come up together and then adjusted the postage
