I ordered some cream 3 weeks ago I had a ripped padded envelope pushed through my letter box with no cream the seller sent it by Hermes they are supposed to take a photograph of said item being delivered which they hadn't then a few hours later marked as delivered on a email, I have messaged the seller she says she's put in a request to Hermes but heard nothing back,I've gone ebay to report it but says item has been delivered is there another way of reporting,I have now noticed on her feedback someone else has had the same thing happen and got accused of fraud when the empty package arrived i sent her photos straight away Thanks
