Missing item and no refund

I ordered baby bottles from one seller, last week on Tuesday royal mail marked it as delivered . However I did not receive it , my neighbor's doesn't have it . I asked seller to contact royal mail and I opened the case . Seller however send tracking details where it says it was delivered to me . Ebay then closed the case saying they can't refund me . I dont have those bottles what else I can do please ? I was all day home on day of delivery , nothing was delivered on the day .

Couriers are now leaving Parcels on front door steps to protect them from having to physically hand over Parcels which could put them at Risk.

Sorry but if your Seller has Tracking which shiws as Delivered there is nothing you can do.

Royal Mail will only tell you that your Item was Delivered. Best to catch your Regular Postman if you get the chance and ask him from a Distance if he remembers leaving you a Parcel recently.

Contact the Delivery office of Royal mail (Not the Post Office)

and ask them where it is.

They are just knocking and dropping the items at the moment as they do not want any contact

The seller does not have to contact Royal Mail as the item shows Delivered. They will win any not received dispute

Check paypal and make sure you have the correct address on paypal
