Hello,

Last year i bought a Michael Kors handbag. The seller said that it is really authentic bag. When i got it, this bah had a number ID, dust bag and looks like really MK.  I didn't wear it,because i was pregnant and was  at home. Now i wear it  about 10 times and it is fake, because after five times this bag leather (said it is saffiano) was cracked near the zipper. I wear it and i see more and more cracks, the leather is peeling after 10 time of wearing.I can take a photo if it needs. What should i do, the description said it is really authentic, but it is not. I think i was deceived. it is not really leather, not saffiano really leather. My bag is like new, but leather is crack. I ssaw that seller is selling more MK handbags like genuine, but it is not genuine. I was at MK store and they told me that this saffiano leather could'nt crack. Is it really impossible to write in ebay or somethere to resolve this porblem, because the item description is false.????

Ho can i tell and where about this seller in ebay???? I would like to warn other members of ebay???

You have 30 days from delivery in which to open a case in eBay and 180 days to do the same thing through PayPal. I'm afraid it 's too late to get any help from either eBay or PayPal.

Even if you are not going to use an item immediately you should always examine it when it arrives.
