I dont know why you can't message someone selling an
Authenticity Guaranteed product because they never seem
to leave feedback for me and i cant remind them.

You should not remind anyone to leave feedback
Feedback is voluntary and they dont have to leave it
There are problems with messages and many are not able to send messages
It has been like this for a while and no sign of it changing
