Max £1 selling fees

Can I check, does max £1 selling fee weekend mean if my item sells during this listing I only pay £1 to eBay, not 10% of the selling price?

Yes but you have to Accept the Promo first then List the Item within the 2 day time frame. Read the Terms and Conditions.
