A couple of questions, signed up for above, all of my sales today have go into this process, but one has slipped through into PayPal?
also if item is cash on collection, will the buyer be forced to pay ebay?

It's normal for the odd sale to slip through to Paypal at the start. The buyer never pays ebay for a purchase. Once you mark as payment received ebay will take their fee from your bank account.
