Making a counter claim

Would like advice on making a counter claim. Is there a point? Or do ebay just blindly accept buyers claims for return because I wasn't really consulted for my side of the sale. Spoken to customer service who recommended that I make a counter claim after 6 days of item being returned. Really feel I've been mugged with this one. Thanks angel.

They mean appeal, there is no counter claim feature. You'll need to refund the buyer and then appeal.

Without knowing the circustances, it's difficult to comment.

Ebay have refunded the buyer. But still waiting for payment to come out of my account. Do I have to wait until then.

Some cases can be appealed, some can't. Again, without having a clue what your case is about I couldn't tell you.
