I wish to make a complaint about the service Ive received. I asked perviously but got a message asking for more information but no reply button.
What is the email address for official complaints?
Thank you
If ebay has given you an address then that is where you should write. You do not need an e-mail and if eBay wishes you to contact them by email they will supply you with the email. They do not routinely do so.
As you have been advised while they do not seem to have a specific "complaints" department you can contact their Customer Service [based in the Philipines] by going to "Help and Contact" at top of page. Enter some search terms to what is the problem and you will get the option for them to call you or to deal with live chat. I reccomend live chat as it is all written down and you can ensure that the problem is understood. Sometimes the nuances of what you are saying get missed. You can then go back later and will get a different operator who can see the progress so far
EBay does encourage members to solve the problems themselves by using the money back guarantee.
There isn't an email for eBay, there isn't a complaints department as such.
What is the complaint? Tell us here and someone can tell you how to proceed. Rarely the need to actually contact eBay at all.
There is no email facility for eBay.
Complaints department ?? If they have given you an address then form your complaint there.
If you wish to speak to an agent in the Philippines,
Contact them this way.

Why not useful? You asked to speak to an eBay agent I have shown you the only way you can do so now, as all staff are working from home because of Covid, there is no phone facility presently, it is a Live Chat option as I have shown, sometimes there is a Call Back in place. Wishing you luck with your complaint, though I'm sure it could have been solved here for you, and quicker than trying to contact eBay with details you can give us.
You probably wont get many replies with the way you are responding here, tressygirl has given you the information you need to contact eBay

There is no direct email available for complaints and eBay have given you the official address.
Have Reported your Post coming on here and insulting Experienced Responders who are just trying to help. How very ungrateful.
