Just ignore it until you receive your item.  Then it is up to you whether or not you leave any feedback as it is voluntary for all members.

It appears automatically as soon as you buy and pay for something from an ebay seller.

Some sellers choose to leave feedback for buyers as soon as the buyer pays and they post the item.

That is a reminder for you to leave feedback for the seller. When you have received the item you will then be in a position to leave feedback.

It is merely an invitation for you to leave feedback on the item you've bought.

Obviously leaving feedback at present is pointless as you hae not got th eitem as yet but even when it does arrive you are under no obligation to leave feedback, it's entirely voluntary.

It will disappear after 60 days or once you've left feedback, whichever is the sooner.
