MY ENTIRE PURCHASE HISTORY HAS GONE

I tried to log on today and found that my entire purchase of history has gone and I was being treated by ebay as if I was a new customer! Even an item I cought an hour agao isnt there. Tryimg to get a way to tell ebay is a nightmare.... su unable to send them a message GASP! HELP!!!
