MY ACCOUNT DETAILS REQUIRED. IS THIS A SCAM

All this month when logging in to my E Bay a/c.  I am asked to UPDATE all my details so that payments will be made into my bank.   I am now told I have to do this NOW or I am blocked.    

Is this a SCAM ?    There must be many other members wondering the same.   HELP needed please

In line with other eBay sellers, you're being moved over to the new Managed Payments system, whereby eBay pay the payment straight into your bank account once their selling fees have been removed.
