Lost parcel

Hermes lost the parcel I sent, do i claim via Ebay or Hermes? and where on ebay do i do that please? Many thanks

You have to first fully refund your buyer ,    afterwards fill in appropriate calim forms for Hermes for your compensation.

So,  ask the buyer to open a case for item not received in the Resolution Centre.  You fully refund through those case details,  and do this within 8 days.  Your seller fee is refunded,  and no defect for your account.
