Localization issue

Hi, I'm selling my first item while in UK. I moved to UK from Poland over 4 years ago but eBay is listing the product as based in Poland. My address is in UK my account setting so I don't know how to proceed. Ebay wants to me agree upon some international contract and list it on Polish site. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Your country of registration is still shown as Poland, which is why you are having this problem.  You need to change your country of registration so here is a link to some information for you from the help sheets:-
