Hi there...I have just spoken to 2 eBay customer service agents, the 1st advised me to go onto Seller Hub to list my items in the old, or classic, format, which worked, but I now cannot see any watchers etc against my items when I click on "Active", as the 2nd agent told me to do. I then have to apparently come back out of Seller Hub to do this??? I cannot believe that I have to keep switching from one to the other, and I hope someone can please help me out with this problem. I have given up trying to list anything else today, as I am totally confused.
I have always found it easy to list, watch, and see when my items were sold, but the information I have been given seems ridiculous. Please can someone help? :o(
