I have made several orders which have been purchased as guest. Is there a way I can link these to my ebay account so I can keep track of them all in one place?

No. Why ever didn't you buy through your ebay account and pay by paypal, as a Guest you have no Ebay Money Back Guarantee and no permanent record of purchase in Ebay or Paypal.
