Linking ebay and gumtree

How do you link ebay and gumtree to advertise your larger items on both platforms but linked. I see other items advertised this way and cant see how to do it...gumtree says i need to ask ebay... any advice?

You are not allowed to list on ebay & elsewhere, it is against ebay policy.

Oddly, ebay own gumtree, but operate as separate selling platforms.
