Leaving negative / neutral feedback

I bought a T shirt and was charged £4.50 for 2nd class postage which costs £2.80. I queried it with the seller in advance of the sale ending but got no reply. As I liked the T shirt so I bid and won it and paid what I thought was an exhorbitant postage charge, e

I have 100% feedback which I don't want to mess up but do want to leave this seller negatuive feedback re high postage to warn others. If I do that, can she do th same to get her own back? Would appreciate some advice here.

So you paid the seller £4.50

They only received £3.90 of that after eBay & Paypal fees......stamp price was £2.80 so that left the seller with £1.10 to cover packaging etc.....I do not actually think that was way OTT......leaving negative feedback for something clearly stated on the advert is very poor form in this case
