Every day I have to check my late delivery report and phone ebay and ask them to review the items one by one and very time consuming.
customer service did say they know there are problems with this and are trying to sort this
if there was no answer at buyers address this will count as late delivery which is out of my control.
I have only been doing this for the last three weeks and just thinking back now I did loose my top rated seller Satus for approx 3 months and this is because of the late delivery and this is not possible as all my parcel are always posted next working day
and having losing my top rated seller I am losing my 10% discount on my final value fees which I feel is unfare.
Is any one else having the same problems.
