I'm having probs returning a damaged item. It's 18kg 140cm in length. The seller told me on 2 occasions a courier would be collecting the parcel he also sent a postage label upto 2kg at £3.20 joke.
I escalated eBay sent another label just the same.
I've had a price for collection from parcelforce as the local depot is nearly 30 miles away and it's to big to fit in my car, £49 collected.
Is there anything I can do ? Can I go through PayPal cause that's how I paid for the item.

Contact eBay Customer Services again, tell them the price of the postage you have been quoted by the courier, they should replace it, and charge the seller accordingly.
