This item has been paid for you say it isnt but my bank statement says the money has gone out ive lost £18-62 thanks e bay seems you don't care about you're customers don't think I will see that money again never going to use e bay again to get ripped off

How did you pay? If you used pay pal then contact eBay with the transaction number. If you paid by Credit card as a ‘guest’ then it will have been processed by pay pal. You will need to do a chargeback through your Credit Card Co or Bank to get your money back.
If you paid through your Pay Pal Account and it’s showing as paid... and you’ve not received the item ... you can always switch and claim through their Buyer Protection Policy.
The other possibility is that you have fallen for a con and the seller has sent you a fake invoice which you have paid... if there’s ANY liklihood that has happened change your eBay/ Pay Pal log in details immediately and contact Your Bank and tell them just what info you have given them. That £18+ might be a prelude for a serious hit at a later date!
