An iphone 6 purchased through e-bay with an alleged 12 month warranty developed a fault. Item returned for repair. Now waited 4 weeks without the phone being returned repaired. E-bay won't get involve to chase the supplier. Feel something untoward is happening and I'm going to be £250 out of pocket. Promises of repaid continue.
Ebay or paypal's money back guarantees don't cover warranties, it's between you and the seller. Trading standards, small claims court or citizans advice are your options.
