Item was not delivered here today.

I received a notification and an email saying that item with order no. 06-04815-59009 was delivered by 16.31BST today to my address. That is untrue. I was at home and neither I nor my family members received this item.
Kindly check if their has been a mistake or foul play.

Very sorry but we are members here like yourself,  so cannot access any account,  any delivery service.

You need to contact your seller,  as most couriers will only talk with the sender,   and not the recipient of an item.
