Item says ready for collection but not there

Hello, my item says it's delivered and ready for collection but the shop keeper says he doesn't have it. To be honest he looked like he couldn't be bothered to search for it. It is supposed to be held until Wednesday and it is only Monday. What can I do? Will I get charged for delivery?

I you have the code and still within the 7 days then contact ebay at the top of the page under Help and contact and put in the search box Click and collect

Did you receive the code

If not you need to ask for it and if you did and still in time you want to know where the item is if the shop says they have not received it

Not sure why you would get charged for Delivery?.

If it has been delivered to the shop you have paid what was on the listing

If you dont collect in time then it will be disposed of

eBay will notify you by email, My eBay messages and text message when your item is ready for collection ("Collection Notification").

The seller need only refund when they recieve the item back and if they dont then you may not get refunded

 You are also covered by the paypal money back guarantee but if the item shows as Delivered the address that is on paypal (to the Collect shop) then you would lose on ebay or paypal
