I had a buyer want to return something, I sent them the return labels but they haven't sent it back. Ebay said they had until 12th may and them they might close the case, what way do I go about closing this as I have waited long enough
You can't close it. if buyer does not return item it will expire eventually. I had one which took about 60 days. You won't be charged for the unused postage label.
