Item not received!

I ordered an Acer A510 power charger from Power Source Technology Co Ltd I paid for this item with my PayPal account, my problem being I have not received my order or notification of the order! I have tried to email this company with no response,I can't even relocate them or my item on eBay the invoice ID 18587-1610996495(pcadaptersdepot.co.uk,. I hope you can advise me with my problem! I have tried to sort this out directly with eBay it's like banging my head on a brick wall

Did you actually buy it on ebay? and pay by paypal

How long ago?

If you did

Check your purchase history what does it say there

Check paypal what does it say on the payment.

You had 30 days on ebay and 180 days on paypal to open a dispute are you in time.

Did the money come out of your paypal account or backed by a card

Go to the resolution centre at the bottom of the page and see if you can open a not recieved dispute

If not then they may have been removed

If they have then see the link on how to deal with a removed listing

If you paid by paypal then you can open a not received dispute there and escalate as soon as you can but within 20 days

If the Item isn't in your Purchase History, EBay have probably Removed the Listing and the Seller. Could have been a Compromised Account?

You have 180 days Buyer Protection with PayPal. Log in and find Resolve a Problem down the left hand side. Open an Item Not Received Case. Escalate the Case after 2 days but before 20 days. 

Add in the Notes that Ebay have Removed the Listing. If they have of course?
