Hi guys, looking for advice on what I can do, I ordered an item on 3rd January, delivery date has been and gone, I contacted seller, told them I didn't want to wait any longer and asked for a refund, seller then asked me to check post office, I had already done this, they then asked to check correct address, it was correct, they asked if I wanted them to send another but I said no as I've waited nearly 3 months, never heard from them for 2 days, today I get a message saying that they have sent another one and I'll have to wait 24 to 30 days, I already told them I don't want another one, is there anything else I can do, TIA
You have been played by the seller. You don't have to chase a seller for non delivery. You do it through ebay and open a not receive case one days after estimated delivery. Seller has 3 days to refund, if not you escalate to ebay (ask if them to take over).
You go for a refund, NOT promises of replacement as that is just an excuse to run you out of time.
You are no doubt well out of time to open a case now, so if you paid by paypal then open a case with them. If paid any other way you will have to contact the card provider as appropriate.
I suspect that the promised "another one" will never arrive. If it does just ask them to send you the postage and you will return. By that time you should have got a refund in any case.
