Item not received resolved incorrectly

I recently sold an item that the buyer claims he did not receive. He opened an 'item not received' case and I uploaded the tracking that proved the item was delivered the day following the order. eBay found in the buyer's favour and refunded the payment. I contacted customer support who checked the tracking and confirmed that the item has been delivered and that the case was closed in error. They promised to reverse the decision within 48 hours. 48 hours passed and nothing happened. I contacted customer support who again confirmed that the case decision was wrong and that they would resolve the issue within 72 hours. 72 hours passed and nothing happened. Does anubody know how to deal with this? Thank you.

You need to phone customer support tomorrow morning and ask to speak to a line manager.  Be polite but firm, you want your money back and eBay have twice overstepped their own deadlines for sorting this out.
