winder if anyone can help. I have received a message from a buyer saying she has not received an item - which I posted on 14 October. She is saying she will report me. I have 100%rating and am an honest seller. I have sent a a picture of the receipt. Waiting to hear back. Has this happened to anyone who's reading? Need some advice pin what I should do next?
