Item not received by buyer

I sold a pair of trainers and sent them Last Monday, I have tracked the postage and says item was delivered on the 30th June 11:15, however the same day the buyer sent a message stating they had not received the item at 15:00 the same day. I have confirmation they were delivered from Royal Mail. What happens now?

Make sure you have the tracking shown in your account and enter it into any case opened eBay will side with you as long as your tracking shows delivered.
