I sold a pair of trainers and sent them Last Monday, I have tracked the postage and says item was delivered on the 30th June 11:15, however the same day the buyer sent a message stating they had not received the item at 15:00 the same day. I have confirmation they were delivered from Royal Mail. What happens now?
Have you added the Tracking Number under Orders and Dispatched on the Hub?
